The equipment also comes with high output motor and heavy duty SKF bearings. It offers IP54 protection class, F insulation class and a class B rising temperature assessment interface to provide outstanding performance.Most of spare parts are originally from Atlas Copco.

Features of DEWATE screw air compressor

A multi-functional electronic controller complete with LED display provides a convenient, user-friendly interface.
The certificated machine is assembled with strict compliance to CE and ISO9001 standards.
We offer a one year warranty covering the entire machine and a three year standalone warranty for the air end.
A modified voltage service is provided with the purchase of the machine to accommodate various power supply standards found in different countries,such as

380V/3ph/50Hz,
220V/3ph/60Hz,
415V/3ph/50Hz,
380V/3ph/60Hz etc.

The DeWATE compressor utilizes the original Atlas copco air end and the unique SAP corkscrew gear design to achieve the highest efficiency compression speed with minimal vibrations.
The low operating speed of the bearing reduces bearing load.
The DeWATE compressor air end implements the patented Atlas copco SAP , along with a fixed diameter rotor. In comparison with a low speed 5/6 teeth or 4/5 teeth connection, the negatively oriented rotor possesses higher integrity and greater speed.
